Rosey is done with CC for the year so she had her end of year party and display and she also volunteered to be moral support for the Challenge B class as they were approaching their mock trial. The other two have only a few weeks left before we break for summer.
It has been a very busy past couple of months (we have had colds to battle, end of year parties to attend, birthday parties to celebrate, and school to work on). I can see the finish line up ahead though! It has been a struggle to finish up but I can see the end of the school year! Rosey is done with CC for the year so she had her end of year party and display and she also volunteered to be moral support for the Challenge B class as they were approaching their mock trial. The other two have only a few weeks left before we break for summer. For history we have been studying the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. We watched some very interesting movies, Forgotten Ellis Island (PBS Home Video) and Ken Burns America The Statue of Liberty. We found some neat sites with games and other interactives... Ellis Island Then and Now, Interactive Tour of Ellis Island, and a paper model of the Statue of Liberty.
